Starting Judo
If you are interested in doing Judo, why not join a FREE taster session at Southend Judo Club. We will provide a Judo jacket and a belt. All you need to do is come to the club on a Wednesday evening to the appropriate session for your age in loose comfortable clothing (no shorts!) (see About Us - Classes). Please make sure not to have any hard objects in your pockets or on you. If necessary tie your hair back with a soft scrunchy (remember no hard, metallic objects!).
That's it!! Starting Judo couldn't be easier.

Children under 8 years of age will need to sign up to the BJA Sho Awards Scheme: www.judokids.org.uk
